How Do I book aN Appointment?
You can always click the “book now” button at the top right of any page. Another method would be in our “Pricing page” you can navigate to the specific cleaning service you are looking for.
What are your Hours of operations?
Everyday 9am - 5pm except Sunday.
What areas of NYC do you serve?
Currently ONLY the city of Manhattan. But of course we are working on expanding our area of operations.
What if I am not home at the selected time of appointment?
Do not worry if you are not home, our cleaners are trained to know what to clean! However please make sure to allow entry into your home through whichever means whether it is a code or key. If you have a doorman you can always leave the key with the doorman and the cleaner will pick/drop off key when finished.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalties. The penalty is a cancellation charge of $49.99.
Who are the Cleaners?
CleanscapeNYC cleaners are all trusty worthy and insured. Many come from a corporate cleaning environment and all very experienced in cleaning.
What are your Covid-19 procedures?
All of our cleaners are vaccinated and require proof of vaccination to be working for us. Our priorities are to keep you and our cleaners safe!
All cleaners will:
Wear PPE at all times while cleaning
Maintain social distancing
Sanitize and wipe down all commonly touched areas
We recommend that if you are home while our cleaner is present, please allow them enough room to work where both you and the cleaner are comfortable.
